Partner and Senior Consultant in the Consumer team. Magdalena works with everything from management team recruitments to specialist roles, for both start-ups and larger listed companies. Her work covers the entire search and recruitment process, and she also provides leadership support and consultancy services in related areas such as Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Process Development. Magdalena’s prior experience includes a CEO role within the Novare group and various roles in the media industry. She holds an M.Sc. in Economics.
