Executive Search
Novare Executive Search help companies and organizations find the right candidate for senior positions. Our conviction is that it is always the result that counts. Our consultants are senior advisors with solid experience in both executive search and managerial positions. With the combined experience, clear industry and function focus our consultants are quickly able to understand the client’s situation and what characterize the best candidates. Our teams also consist ofexperienced researchers, team coordinators and administrators.
Second Opinion
We provide our clients with the opportunity to make use of our extensive experience of personality and competency assessment. Second Opinion provides a stronger basis for a final assessment of an internal or external candidate, making it easier to reach a correct and objective decision.
Through Second Opinion, we provide our clients with an independent and in-depth personality and aptitude evaluation. The model we use is highly flexible and is tailored to the client’s needs and the requirements of the role in question. Usually, this means we jointly agree on a requirement profile, after which we conduct an in-depth interview combined with a personality test of the candidate in question. The result and our recommendation in relation to the prepared requirement profile are presented both verbally and in writing.
When requested, we can also take in references and conduct a fact-based background check on the candidate. Second Opinion is always conducted by an experienced senior consultant.
Assessment
We help companies and organizations to objectively invent, assess and develop internal management competency and supply of managers.
Assessment is an important tool supporting the company’s development. This includes being used for larger organisational restructuring, where new teams are created, or for promotions, corporate acquisitions, and recruitments.
Our competency-based in-depth interviews and personality testing help us identify leadership skills, both in individuals and groups. This is done by teams of two experienced consultants. Our analysis results emphasize development activities we can recommend for both individuals and groups. A possible next step is to prepare individual development plans, training or coaching, for example.
Board assessment
The Swedish Code of Corporate Governance stipulates that the board of a listed company, through systematic and structured process, shall annually assess board activities for the purpose of developing the board’s work methods and efficiency.
We provide an objective, systematic and structured process for evaluating a board’s activities. Among other things, we review the composition of the board, their work methods and group dynamics. Using this evaluation as starting point, the board can identify weaknesses, and develop work models and efficiency based on a holistic assessment.
Development of individuals and management groups
We jointly prepare specially designed and tailor-made development programs. Each development project is based on your needs and stated expectations for individuals, groups and organizations.
Personal Due Diligence – extended background check
We offer fact-based background checks of candidates during recruitment or corporate acquisitions. Our background checks are designed to minimize the risk taking that occurs when establishing a new relationship.
A fact-based background check includes mapping, analysis and follow-up on the candidates financial and legal status. As an addition, we offer extensive media profiling of both individuals and legal entities.
We then deliver a detailed written report presented to the client. The report is delivered within two to five workdays.
Coaching och mentorship
For certain periods or special events, a manager may need added support in the form of coaching and mentorship. Novare has an extensive and highly developed network of experienced individuals ready to contribute to added training and to assisting managers in their profession.
All activities are tailored entirely to the needs of the company or individual.
Testing
We offer testing that enables an in-depth assessment of the candidate – their personality, leadership and experience. Our analyses show the development activities necessary on individual and group levels. Competency based assessment can be used in recruitment, for larger change processes, and company acquisitions.
Background checks
We join with our sister company Valida to offer in-depth, qualified, fact-based background checks of both natural persons and legal entities covering finances, legal, training, and business commitments.
Salary benchmarking
With our sister company Novare Pay Consulting, we can offer salary benchmark where we identify remuneration for equivalent roles on the market.
