Researcher in the Consumer team, focusing on assignments within marketing, HR, and communications. Sofia has extensive experience in management and specialist recruitments, for both start-ups and larger listed companies. Before joining Novare in 2017, she worked with recruitments within economics, sales, marketing, and HR at Adecco. Sofia holds an M.Sc. from Lund University.
