Partner and Senior Consultant in the Consumer team. He mainly works with executive recruitments and C-level leadership assessments. Mattias also leads Novare Sport, providing advice and executive search within the world of competitive sports. He has many years of experience within executive search - from Novare and prior positions at Korn Ferry International and as a partner of AIMS International Sweden. Mattias holds a degree in International Economics with a Japanese focus from Gothenburg University.
