Fredrik Hillelson

Founder and CEO of Novare Human Capital, and CEO of Novare Executive Search. Founded Novare in 2001. Fredrik primarily works with recruitments for CEO and Board positions. Fredrik has prior experience from Investor AB, 3 Sweden, Accenture, and Scania. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Law from Stockholm University as well as an Officer’s degree from MOHS.
