Charlotta is Partner & Senior Consultant in the Tech team and has worked at Novare since 2014. She mainly recruits executives and specialists within IT, Tech, Telecom, and Fintech. Charlotta has a long experience within IT, both as an IT journalist, recruitment consultant, and various in-house positions. Charlotta holds an M.Sc. in Economics and has also completed studies in Journalism.
