Senior Consultant in Novare’s Consumer team. Annika has extensive experience in recruiting, ranging from management team to specialist roles, for both start-ups and large listed companies. Her assignments are primarily connected to recruitments related to consumer products and services. Before joining Novare, she worked at Head Agent and has many years of experience within executive search. Apart from her experience within human capital, she has held operational roles as Head of Sales and Head of Marketing. Annika holds an M.Sc. in Economics.
