Karen works as an assessment consultant. She is a chartered psychologist and hold a M.Sc. in psychology from Linnaeus University. She has been employed at Novare since 2022 and works with executive assessments and personality mapping. Previous experiences include a combination of several areas within the psychological field, mainly focused on business development, clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions.
