As our Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of all financial activities within the company, playing a critical role in shaping our financial strategy for both Goldschmidt Sweden and the subsidiary Svabo. Reporting directly to the MD of Goldschmidt Sweden, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and statutory reporting. Leading a small team of one person, you'll manage the financial aspects of our ERP system and ensure smooth operations across finance and administration.

The role is located at Goldschmidt Sweden AB Headquarters in Osby.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Heading Finance & Controlling department which comprises the Accounting, Controlling, Administrational
• Support improvement initiatives to enable the company to achieve operational and strategic objectives, contribute to the development of the business through active work in the management team
• Ensure accurate reporting on all financial and commercial aspects of the business
• Secure finance, treasury, and insurance of the company together with the Group headquarter in Germany
• Continuous support of the MD cross-functionally, further develop the company’s controlling functions and being a strong partner to MD
• Overall responsibility for Budgeting, Forecast and financial performance review together with the Group headquarter in Germany.

Your Background

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, and controlling.
• Expertise in Swedish GAAP, international reporting, and financial statement preparation.
• Proven experience in production cost control, preferably within the industrial or vehicle sectors.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
• Advanced ERP (Pyramid preferred) and Excel skills, with experience in project-based business environments.
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
