TAILORED TRAINING PROGRAMS
Today, many Swedish employers have difficulty finding the right skills. In some professional areas, there are also long-term competency challenges. This may be due to a lack of educational places, educations that do not meet the needs of the industry in question, or simply a lack of interest in these professions.
At the same time, there are newly arrived in Sweden with both the will and ambition to educate themselves, reskill If you will, to get a job, and put their competency to work.
Working with intensive training programs has thus become a natural part of our offer since it creates a clear win-win situation for all parties. We help with project management and the creation of tailored training programs based on your requirements profile. We also collaborate with universities, colleges, and companies that can provide educational solutions based on your needs.
One example of a recurring training program is ‘Introduction to Swedish Health and Healthcare’ – an intensive training program designed to simplify the path to a doctor’s legitimation for newly arrived doctors in collaboration with Sophiahemmet. Since 2017, the training program is carried out each fall for 12 weeks.
In addition to this training program, we have also helped Scania Sweden to train truck mechanics, and Cabonline to train taxi contractors. Previously, we also ran the Software Development Academy together with KTH – an intensive training for IT developers.
