Novare Potential was founded in 2016 with the purpose to meet companies’ competency needs through the competency and potential found in newly arrived Swedes.
I came to Sweden with my family as a young child. During my upbringing in Sweden, I’ve experienced both inclusion and exclusion. Just as with my family, I know that there have come, and will continue to come, people to Sweden with a strong ambition to create a good life for themselves and their families. I also know that a job is an important key to unlock inclusion, which has a ripple effect.
Our vision is that everyone who comes to Sweden would be given the chance to realize their full potential. We want to tap into the potential in all newly arrived Swedes to strengthen Sweden’s competitiveness and development. We want to contribute to a sustainable society in which both newly arrived, and employers can grow.
To succeed we put a tremendous value on working together for a culture that builds a sense of unity and engagement for our common goal. Together we have developed a set of values that define our relationships with our co-workers, clients, and candidates:
We are both happy and proud that we have so many recurring clients. Why then do they choose to work with us? A common denominator is that they can see that we provide candidates that strengthen their organizations.
This is one of our many great success stories of a recruitment. Meet Yahia Atef Hamad AlNajem, who recently landed his first Technical Engineer job in Sweden.
Meet our prestigious former SDA student, Ainura Polatoglu. She had no previous experience in Software development and yet went through our program Software Development Academy, at the end of year 2020, and three months ago she landed her very first job in Sweden.
Meet our former student, Titus Hora. In 2020, he excelled throughout the program and landed his first job in Sweden, as a consultant at Substorm, as a Machine Learning Developer.
Are you curious of our popular Software Development Academy (SDA) and what it is like to be a stundet at the prestigious KTH? Then read this interview where our former SDA student, Imtiaz Akhtar, shares his experience from the beginning of the program until he got hired at XLENT LINK.
Asmaa was a Computer Programmer & System Analyst at Oil Exploration Company in Baghdad up until 2019. Right after her enrollment at our popular course, Software Development Academy at KTH, she landed her first job in Sweden as a Java Developer at Fast2. Rolf Carlsson, Leveranschef at Fast2, talks about the importance of a diversified workforce and their success in doing so.
We started Novare Potential with the insight that there are, and will be, a lot of people with the right competency and drive to meet the needs of employers, but there’s a lack of connection linking the two together.
Today, many Swedish employers have difficulty finding the right skills. In some professional areas, there are also long-term competency challenges. This may be due to a lack of educational places, educations that do not meet the needs of the industry in question, or simply a lack of interest in these professions.
Diversity and inclusion are leadership issues. Fundamentally, it often comes down to knowledge around what increased diversity and inclusion can mean for an organization, and which steps are required to succeed.
