Atlas Antibodies is now looking for a dedicated HR Manager! Are you a hands-on, solution-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and innovative life science environment? About the Role

As an HR Manager at Atlas Antibodies, you will play a key role in supporting the company with a variety of HR tasks. This role requires working independently and proactively to ensure that effective HR processes are in place, including recruitment, performance management, salary reviews, health and safety, succession planning, employee surveys, and managing on- and offboarding procedures, to name a few. In addition, you will collaborate closely with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives, fostering a workplace that promotes both individual and organizational success. Furthermore, you will:

  • Drive employee development programs, including training and career growth initiatives
  • Promote diversity and inclusion to create an equitable work environment
  • Support management with HR alignment and guidance
  • Manage employee records, salary payments, and benefits in coordination with the Financial Controller

Experience & Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operational HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems
  • Knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience in negotiations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in both Swedish and English
  • Experience in the life sciences sector, particularly with lab-oriented operations, is an advantage
