As Managing Director Nordics at HellermannTyton, you take overall responsibility for a well-established and growing Nordic business within a global, decentralized group. Building on strong customer relationships and a solid position in both the automotive and electrical segments, you will lead the next phase of growth and transformation. This is a central leadership role where you set a clear strategic direction, drive performance together with your team and represent HellermannTyton towards key customers and stakeholders, while contributing actively to the company’s global agenda.

With a clear mandate to further develop the Nordic business, you set the strategic direction and secure effective execution together with an experienced and committed team. You play a key role in shaping HellermannTyton’s future position in the region, strengthening customer relationships and capturing new growth opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with the wider EMEA business and other regions, aligning on Group priorities, sharing best practices and realizing cross-border synergies. The role covers Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway, and you lead the management team and a Nordic organization of 80 employees from the Nordic headquarters in Solna. You have full P&L and operational responsibility and report directly to the President EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nordic business with overall responsibility for P&L, results, personnel and strategy.
• Develop and execute the Nordic business plan, ensuring alignment across key functions such as sales, marketing, product management, innovation, finance and HR.
• Provide clear leadership to the management team and organization, setting priorities, following up performance and driving a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Drive profitable growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, markets and customer segments, and by strengthening sales execution.
• Build and deepen relationships with key customers, suppliers and other external partners through regular, structured dialogue.
• Strengthen collaboration within the Nordic region and with the wider EMEA organization, aligning on Group priorities, sharing best practices, leveraging cross-border synergies and leading key change and transformation initiatives.

Background and experience

• Senior P&L leadership experience, for example as Managing Director, Business Unit Director, Sales Director or similar.
• University degree in business or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience from the industry – such as automotive, manufacturing, defense, chemicals, shipbuilding or other technology-intensive sectors.
• At least 10 years in senior managerial roles with responsibility for people and results.
• Strong commercial track record in business development, profitability and strategy execution, with clear customer focus.
• Experience from a global matrix organization, including cross-regional collaboration and leading change and growth.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, and confident user of PowerPoint and Excel.
