OneMed is recruiting a driven, committed and passionate Business Area Manager who, via market-leading products, will develop the company´s business area “Gloves & Protection” – a future cornerstone in the OneMed business.
As Business Area Manager Gloves & Protection you are responsible for ensuring that OneMed continues to develop and grow within the product area. You will work with suppliers and agents to strengthen these relationships and ensure that OneMed´s offer is competitive in price and quality.
You are responsible for sales and business development of the Gloves & Protection product portfolio, both defining and approaching new potential customers and collaborators as well as maintaining and developing relationships with current customers. You are also responsible for driving and participating in public procurement biddings on various markets.
Your customers are private healthcare companies, municipalities, regions (formerly county councils), pharmacy chains and others with a need for examination and surgical gloves. You will work with one of the leading products on the market; our gloves are used in operations, emergency care, general medical care and other procedures.
You will be based at OneMed’s headquarters in Danderyd and report to the Business Area Director Gloves & Protection. You will be expected to travel, mainly within the Nordic region.
The most important thing is that you are a driven and engaged person with strong business acumen. You also meet the following criteria:
- Master of Science in Engineering, Economics or equivalent
- Relevant work experience running a business area
- Experience packaging a product offering
- You have previous experience from any of the following industries: med. tech., medical devices, pharma and/or FMCG
- Experience working as a a internal-, and/or management consultant is a merit
- Experience from public procurement bidding is a merit
- Experience from marketing products to municipalities and county councils is a merit
- Experience from a large business and from a growth company is a merit
- Strong skills in English and Swedish

You are selfconfident and have the strength to challenge the current state in a humble way. You have a high level of analytical skills with a strategic mindset. You are a committed and efficient project manager who can be hands-on when necessary to make things happen to achieve results.
