Cary Group – former Ryds Bilglas – is looking for a Tax & Treasury Manager.

As Tax and Treasury Manager at Cary Group you will manage the Group’s treasury requirements and co-ordinate tax, treasury and cash management routines to improve Group balance sheet management, risk exposure and tax. You will be responsible for internal reporting and follow up within these areas. The role oversees bank relationships relating to cash management, and transfer pricing policy across the Group.
The role will be based at the Group’s headquarters in Stockholm and you will report directly to the CFO and join the Group Finance team.
In your role you will manage the Group’s treasury operations including arranging cash pools where appropriate. You will ensure effective processes to manage Group day-to-day liquidity position, including forecasting for the purpose of borrowing and short-term investment decisions. Other responsibilities include managing cash flow performance of the Group as well as liaising with local finance staff in relation to cash flow, working capital and reporting matters.
You will develop and implement finance/treasury policies and procedures to meet the Group’s cash management, risk management and control needs as well as develop monthly treasury reports for the CFO and board on funding and cash status.
As Tax and Treasury Manager you will work closely with Business Control and Accounting Functions to ensure that the appropriate inputs to the planning processes are made. You will be responsible for on-boarding acquisitions and entities into the group with regards to treasury, cash management, tax and transfer pricing.
- A financial graduate – accountant, MBA, tax or treasury qualification
- 3-5 years of experience from an international group with treasury exposure
- Tax experience in a professional firm or corporate level
- A good understanding of accounting
- Good IT skills – treasury systems, accounting systems and Microsoft Office

You are driven and have practical experience of treasury and cash management as well as an ability to implement routines. You speak English fluently and enjoy working in an international context.
