The Shareholder Relations team at EQT is looking to hire a Shareholder Relations Associate
The role as Shareholder Relations Associate at EQT is an exciting opportunity where you will be an integral part of building and further developing the Shareholder Relations team. EQT was listed on NASDAQ Stockholm in September 2019. The Shareholder Relations team is therefore a relatively new function within EQT where the Shareholder Relations Associate will be able to influence practices and form a new way of working within the organization. The role requires regular interactions with EQT’s senior management team and various internal functions and external parties.
The position is located in Stockholm and you will report to Olof Svensson, Head of Shareholder Relations.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Draft interim reports, related presentations, scripts, and Q&A documents
- Support drafting, including texts and lay-out, of the EQT Annual Report
- Coordinate events such as roadshows, conferences, the Annual General Meeting, results presentations, and capital markets days
- Summarize relevant documents and data including research notes, consensus data and peer reporting
- Investor mapping and targeting
- Manage databases and CRM systems
- Support execution of Shareholder Relations related projects
We are looking for a candidate with excellent coordination and project management skills, being responsible for important events involving senior management, EQT’s board of directors and external stakeholders. You may have a background in investment banking, consulting, audit or in financial communication. You should have a general interest in financial markets, strong communication skills and the ability to summarize and present key messages. For this position you need to have knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint and to be fluent in English and Swedish.
