In order to support our retail partners, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales department. - Gain a deep understanding of your customers’ strategies and tactics as well as in-depth understanding of the shoppers and trends in the categories we play
- Co-create, sell and execute tailored joint business plans with our retail partners that will outperform the competition and grow the category
- Manage the commercial agreement and negotiations with retailers, with support from Head of Sales
- Build robust and sustainable relationships externally and internally
We are looking for a top talent who is passionate about sales and wants to work in a fast paced, brave and multi-functional team. The ideal candidate has a degree from a top university within Business or Engineering and/or 0-3 years of relevant experience (preferably within FMCG). You have demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills and are strong within analytics. Experience in sales with a strong performance drive is a plus. You are fluent in English and one Nordic language. Track record of building long term relationships with clients is a merit for the role.
As a person you have strong communication and influencing skills and possess a strong drive and high motivation. You have the ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment. You relish the opportunity to pick up tasks that broadly fall within scope of your role.
