Together with our clients, we carry out an analysis of your recruitment needs, which we then use to create a requirement profile. The requirement profile includes a description of the company, the position, as well as the requirements put on the candidate’s experience and personal talents.
Advertising (when selected)
Based on the requirement profile we have developed together we create a tailored ad. The ad is placed in the channels we deem most effective to reach your specific target audience.
To find suitable candidates for your open position we carry out a thorough mapping of relevant professional fields as well as other business areas. We also take advantage of our extensive network of managers and specialists.
We conduct telephone interviews with the first batch of candidates, and subsequently carry out in-depth interviews with chosen candidates from these interviews.
When we have found the most suitable candidates matching your requirement profile, we will present them to you. Generally, we recommend 2-4 persons for further interviews.
To get a clear indication of the candidate’s ability to succeed in the new role we offer tests that enable in-depth assessment of the candidate’s personality, leadership abilities and general talent.
Before it’s time to employ we will, of course, take in references on the final candidate. We will normally take in two to four references on the candidate you wish to hire.
When you have reached your goal and decided on who you want to hire, we’ll be there to support you throughout the employment process. We will act as a sounding board and offer support so that you can feel at ease.
After 3-6 and 12-15 months we follow up with you as well as with the candidate. In the unlikely event that things haven’t gone according to plan, we will gladly help with getting back on the right path again.
