How does it work?
A company is searching for a candidate with a specific competency and profile. Together with the company, we create a requirements profile. We then take that profile and seek to match it with candidates in our database as well as communicate it in an ad through our social channels in different languages.
As a job applicant, it’s an advantage to register your CV in our database. In doing so, we can continually seek to match your profile to different companies’ needs. You can also keep yourself updated on Novare Potential’s website and social channels where we regularly communicate jobs that you can apply for.
What happens when I register my CV?
When you have registered your CV in our database, we will go through it thoroughly and subsequently categorize it to optimize your chances of a match with a certain profile or role.
How does the hiring work?
After matching between a candidate and a company, one is either directly employed by the company or employed by Novare Potential through a consultancy setup during the first year. If necessary, Novare Potential will offer a mentor to coach and support both you and the employer. In the case of a consultancy setup, the goal is for your employer to take over the employment.
