IR Manager – Asker Healthcare Group

Asker Healthcare Group is a fast-growing, leading provider of medical products and solutions in Europe, operating in 17 markets with over 4,000 employees. The group has recently announced its intention to list on Nasdaq Stockholm, marking an exciting new chapter. To support this transition, Asker is seeking an Investor Relations (IR) Manager to strengthen its investor relations function.
In this newly established role, you will be instrumental in keeping the financial market informed about Asker’s development and long-term ambitions, ensuring transparency and fostering trust with the investment community. You will join a committed team dedicated to supporting the progress of European healthcare while driving Asker’s continued growth—both organically and through acquisitions.
Your Role
As IR Manager, you will help shape and implement Asker’s long-term investor relations strategy. You will support senior management in delivering timely, reliable, and clearly articulated financial communication and play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with shareholders and financial analysts. You will work closely with the Head of Communication and CFO, supporting external communication and ensuring a high-quality investor relations agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to financial reporting: Serve as the project leader and key content contributor for quarterly and annual reports, including preparing interim report presentations.
- Investor engagement: Organize and prepare investor meetings and capital market days to effectively communicate the company’s financial performance and strategic direction.
- Presentation development: Maintain and update investor presentations with financial insights and key messages derived from investor interactions.
- Roadshows and events: Coordinate with bank event teams to ensure seamless execution of roadshows and quarterly presentations.
- IR strategy and planning: Collaborate with senior management to design IR activities aligned with corporate goals.
- Financial analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze consensus data to provide actionable insights for management.
- Website and materials management: Continuously update IR materials, ensuring the IR section of the website is relevant and engaging.
- Corporate communications support: Assist with communication efforts, such as drafting press releases related to acquisitions and preparing presentation materials.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring strong experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate communications, ideally within a listed company. You excel at translating financial performance into clear, compelling messaging and engaging with investors across different markets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in investor relations, preferably in a publicly listed company.
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, including project-leading annual and quarterly report production.
- Strong communication skills in corporate strategy and financial performance.
- Solid financial acumen, with knowledge of financial analysis, MAR, and IFRS regulations.
- Experience engaging with equity markets and investor communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and graphical presentation.
- University degree in finance, business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
