We are now looking for an HR Business Partner. This role is one out of two HR Business Partner roles in the HR team.

As a part of the team, you will contribute to driving the people agenda at Investor and execute, design and implement polices and frameworks across the different HR domains. Examples of areas are work environment and labor law, people analytics, leadership and talent development, culture & employee experience and rewards.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on all people related topics to support the long-term development of the organization and alignment of the people- and business agendas.

The scope of work is operational as well as strategic and you will work both individually and in collaboration with colleagues across Investor. You will support and interact with our colleagues in Stockholm as well as in New York. The role is based in Stockholm (Arsenalsgatan), and you will report to the Head of HR (member of Investor’s Executive Leadership Team).

The scope of the job include:

• Staying up to date with labor law and directives and translate them into relevant policies, procedures and ways of working
• Partnering with leaders on recruitment and rotations, including identifying and attracting top talent and suggesting methods and tools for sourcing and selection of candidates, as well as employee on- and offboarding.
• Driving performance and development initiatives, including Impact and Development related activities like goal setting, feedback, and development planning
• Driving the employee engagement platform, analyzing trends and driving actions
• Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights

Further qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), and approximately 5 years of relevant experience. Experience from industries such as management consulting, investment banking, private equity, tech or law firms is valuable.
