Role Overview
The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Planning Manager to join its Supply Chain team. This role is crucial for integrating demand, supply, and financial planning into a cohesive strategy that supports business units globally. The Group Planning Manager will serve as the subject matter expert in demand and supply planning, network optimization, and capacity planning. Location for the role is Älvsjö and you will report to Head of Global Supply Chain.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain performance-driven demand and supply planning with key stakeholders at main distribution centers
- Moderate S&OP meetings, ensuring consensus between functions and stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives towards an industry-leading S&OP process
- Optimize inventory while maintaining high customer service levels
- Analyze forecast demand versus actual demand to understand changes and trends
- Collaborate with Country Purchase & Logistics teams to ensure alignment
- Act as the Group Superuser for SO99+
- Participate in various supply chain projects related to the Group Planning Manager role
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Logistics, or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain roles, including Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Swedish/Norwegian and English
- Strong IT competence, including PowerBI and Excel
- Experience with SO99+ or similar tools
- Ability to travel as required
As a person you are proactive and independent with a strong ability to take initiative. You possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You have developed ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization. Additionally, you have strong organizational skills in strategy, communication on all levels, and execution.
