OX2’s IT-organization is growing, and we are now hiring an Azure and M365 Lead to be part of the exciting journey that we have ahead of us. You will play an important part in the development and maintenance of OX2’s Microsoft 365 and the services upon MS Azure platform. You will draw up the technical and solution architecture for a modern IT workplace based on function, security, and technology with the help of Microsoft's products.

About the position

OX2 is expanding geographically into new markets and with new technologies, which necessitates reviewing and developing innovative solutions. Currently, OX2 has a hybrid environment with mainly cloud-based infrastructure services but also some key on-prem solutions. As an Azure and M365 Lead, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by bridging the gap between our various systems and external partners.

The Azure and M365 Lead is part of the IT team, a team that is growing. This is a new role in IT and involves close collaboration with the rest of the IT organization as well as key business stakeholders and suppliers. You will report to the Manager of Infrastructure (IT/OT).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive further development and implementation of OX2’s Cloud strategy.
• Secure development and implementation of OX2’s Microsoft O365 and Azure platform and be responsible for the technical and solution architecture of OX2’s Microsoft O365 and Azure platform
• Design, plan, and implement changes to Microsoft O365 and Azure solutions based on requirements and optimize OX2’s digital workplace in collaboration with resources in the OX2 IT team and external partners.
• Administer and maintain OX2’s O365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Provide second-line support for issues related to M365 and compute/network related issues in Azure
• Configure and manage identity and access solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Work with the OX2 security team and implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards for O365 and Azure environments, based on the OX2 IT Security policy.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages to streamline administrative tasks.
• Integrate O365 and Azure services with on-premises systems and third-party applications and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other team members of the IT Function in regard to broader architectural analysis and design work
• Supervise and maintain and improve our Infrastructure as Code (IoC)
• Work with the SDLC team to integrate Azure components with Security and scalability by design.
• Be in the forefront of the Microsoft roadmap and assess OX2 business impacts.
• Testing Backup and Disaster recovery scenarios in Azure.

We want to hire someone who has great interest and experience in infrastructure and technology within Office 365 or Microsoft 365 based on a broader role. You are used to work from the user's perspective and expectations of a well-functioning IT workplace according to established principles, frameworks and methods where you take responsibility for driving the change work forward. As an Azure and M365 Lead you have a key role in realizing and further developing OX2's strategies in the area. In addition, you have:

• Several years of experience working with Microsoft platforms: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft O365/M365, Dynamics 365 and/or Power platform
• Windows server (migration, updating and configuration)
• Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP)
• Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint, Azure Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop
• Privilege Identity Management
• Experienced with DevOps and Orchestration of Infrastructure as Code
• Hybrid IT-environments (on-prem and cloud)
• Meriting with experience of automation through Powershell scripting.
• Meriting with experience with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Extra meriting with certifications within relevant areas
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or System administration, or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
