Novare Intro is a consulting company dedicated to helping those who don’t always get a chance on the job market. Our goal is to make a dent in the statistics and to change the living situation and well-being of those we work with for the better. These are young adults with neurodiverse conditions – but above all, they are young adults with talents, cutting-edge skills, and fantastic personalities.
The fact that 70% of our recruitments transition into permanent employments shows that what we do actually works and makes a difference. We know that when given the chance to work, they end up succeeding quite well. We believe everyone deserves a chance to show what they can do. What do you think?
How it works
We call our model introductory recruiting. The idea is to support both the employee and employer to find a way to create a long-term, sustainable collaboration.
During a one-year introductory period, we act as an employer and take on full responsibility while the candidate works for you. We participate during the full introductory year and act as a coach for both you and the employee. After this first year, 70% of our clients have taken on the candidate as their own employee. We feel this goes to show how well we create satisfied clients and effective relationships. Read more about our process here.
How it started
Novare Intro was created in 2012 after Novare’s group CEO Fredrik Hillelson learned of the high unemployment rates among young adults with neurodiverse conditions. He realized there was a need to help these young adults enter the job market, and he chose to do something about it.
Since 2012, we have helped over 300 fantastic candidates onto the Swedish job market – helping them secure real jobs with real salaries. Individuals that otherwise have been offered little more than internships and job training.
