Job-hunt with us
Are you struggling to find a job on your own?
We would like to meet you for an interview to get to know you better. When you come in for an interview with us, it’s not because you are looking for a specific job or role. Think of it more as a chance for us to get to know each other better, and an opportunity for you to tell us about your interests and motivations, and where you see yourself in terms of work. Currently we have offices in Stockholm.
Our applicants are young adults and registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service. We hire people with neurologically diverse conditions (such as ADHD, ADD, Asperger’s, and Autism).
We have chosen to call our method Introductory Recruiting. Introductory Recruiting means that Novare Intro hires you and acts as an employer during a one-year introductory recruitment, but your workplace will be with our client just like any other job. Novare Intro pays your monthly salary, including all social security contributions, and offers assistance through a coach who is available for support during the introductory year.
How it works:
Initial planning interview
The initial planning interview is not like a regular job interview where you apply for a specific position, but more like a chat where we get to know you better to see what potential jobs fit you and where you’d enjoy working. We can never guarantee that you will get a job that fits you perfectly, but meeting with us certainly increases the odds.
Matching
After the interview, we add your profile to our matching system. If we find a position that matches, we contact you with more information about what the job entails. If the job seems interesting to you, we take the next step together – an interview with the company.
Interview with the company
Together we visit the company for an interview so that you can more information about what the job entails. Usually, this is similar to a standard job interview. The big difference is that someone from Novare Intro will participate and provide support.
Employment
If you and the company feel the interview went well, you can begin working for them. Novare Intro, will help you in contacting the Swedish Public Employment Service.
Introductory year with coaching
During your introductory year, you will have the support of a work coach from Novare Intro. The coach is there to provide support to ensure that you get familiar with the job in a quick and comfortable manner. We also help you address any necessary workplace modifications you might need. After the first year, the goal is for the employment to be transfer from Novare Intro to the company you work for.
