About the role
As an HR Associate, you will take on a variety of responsibilities across the employee life cycle, supporting and developing Summa Equity’s People processes. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will manage recruitment, performance reviews, and onboarding while contributing to broader HR initiatives. Collaboration with departments such as Finance and Legal will be essential, requiring a solid understanding of diverse HR topics. This is a permanent position based in Stockholm, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take on a variety of tasks to support the organization’s growth.
Areas of responsibilities include:
• Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior positions and support intern hiring across Summa.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Streamline and oversee smooth transitions for new and departing employees.
• HRIS Management: Maintain HR systems to ensure accurate employee records and data.
• Employer Branding: Strengthen Summa’s employer brand and coordinate campus presence.
• HR Operations Support: Manage the annual performance review and support daily HR operations.
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining flexibility to jump between tasks. Strong relationship-building skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently are essential. You should also be comfortable working with data-driven insights and creating compelling presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• ~3 years of administrative HR experience, preferably in a professional services environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in the People field within private equity or professional services, either as a generalist or in recruitment
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a similar industry
• Previous experience with HRIS systems
• Experience in HR project management, either leading or supporting initiatives
• Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Understanding of People functions in a partner-led organization (a plus)
