Evli Asset Management is currently undergoing an exciting growth journey and is seeking a driven and business-minded individual to take charge of Third-Party Sales. In this role, you will play a vital role in the company's ongoing expansion in the Swedish market and in the development of Evli's business. This key position will involve collaborating closely with the company's management and fund managers to broaden and develop Evli's business and client base. Your expertise and understanding of both management and sales will be crucial in driving Evli forward.
The sales representative with a focus on third-party sales will play a pivotal role in the company's continued development in Sweden. This role will report to the Head of Asset Management Sweden. You will be located in the Swedish head office at Regeringsgatan in Stockholm.
Job Description:
As a third-party sales representative at Evli, you will play a key role in identifying and developing business opportunities for our company.
In this role, your primary responsibility lies in partner relationship management within the finance sector. You will maintain already established partnerships as well as identifying and evaluating potential partners, spanning from other finance companies to distributors and individual sales representatives. Building and nurturing long-term partnerships will be key to enhancing our market presence and driving sales.
We expect you to conduct comprehensive needs analyses for both customers and partners. This will enable you to craft tailored financial solutions that precisely meet their requirements and objectives. Effective communication of our value proposition is crucial here, requiring a deep understanding of our products and services.
Negotiation and follow-up with partners are integral components of your role. Ensuring mutual benefit and fostering long-term relationships will be paramount. This entails skillful negotiation of agreements and prices, coupled with ongoing support to guarantee our partners' success.
Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting thorough market analyses and competitive assessments. Identifying emerging trends, potential opportunities, and looming threats will guide strategic decision-making. Lastly, meticulous documentation and reporting of sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes will be essential to track progress and inform future initiatives.
Qualifications and Personal attributes:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in sales within the finance sector, with a focus on third-party sales or distributor partnerships
- Solid knowledge of financial products and services, as well as an understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Understanding and experience of Asset Management is an advantage but not a requirement
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationships and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate complex material persuasively and professionally.
