Senior Business Controller

As a Business Controller at BabyBjörn, you will play a key role in supporting our continued growth and success at the group level. You will work closely with colleagues across our international organization to provide business insights, support strategic initiatives, and help optimize our multichannel operations. Location: Sundbyberg, Stockholm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes at group level
- Provide timely and accurate business analysis to support decision-making
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, sales, and operations) to provide insights and support business initiatives
- Prepare and present clear business reports to senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and business metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in business processes and systems
- Develop and implement tools to analyze profitability drivers in both e-commerce and B2B contexts
- Support the development of segment reporting structures to provide insights into different business areas
- Work closely with various departments to build a comprehensive understanding of BabyBjörn’s diverse business models
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Several years of experience in business control, preferably within a premium brand or retail environment
- Proficiency in financial and business intelligence systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools)
- Experience working in an international group with multiple subsidiaries
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets
- Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)
- Experience with multichannel retail operations is highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and cultures
