We are now seeking a Senior Accounting Manager with strong leadership and team management abilities to join our team. We are pleased to announce that we have recently appointed a new CFO, and we are looking for a talented individual to collaborate closely with her in shaping our accounting department.

Position Overview:

As the Senior Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounting team, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, and supporting RaySearch's mission to innovate in cancer care. You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial control functions, aligning with financial reporting standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Maintain adherence to financial regulations and standards.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure accurate financial and operational audits.
• Implement accounting policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support business growth with strategic financial analysis.
• Enhance accounting processes, systems, and policies.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.

Profile Requirements:

• Academic degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS regulations and experience in an international group accounting structure.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, with highly developed communication skills.
