Tromp Medical is now looking for its new Sales Manager Sweden!
Tromp Medical is the largest independent medical imaging sales and service organization in Western Europe, They sell, install and maintain various types of medical imaging equipment from leading, highly innovative manufacturers, including Canon Medical Systems, Carestream, Hologic, Ziehm Imaging and Villa Sistemi Medical, throughout the Benelux, the Nordics, France, Spain and Czech Republic.
As Sales Manager Sweden, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction to grow market shares in Sweden. You will work closely with the local team to collaboratively achieve defined goals, leveraging your hands-on and commercially strong approach. Reporting directly to the headoffice in the Netherlands, you will be a key player in our mission to expand our presence in the medical imaging sector. Your passion for women's health and practical, grounded approach will be essential as you lead our efforts in this dynamic market.
With a team of 10 employees, Tromp Medical Sweden is located in Sollentuna/Stockholm and has a revenue of approximately €5.5 mio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with customers to drive new sales and business opportunities.
- Overseeing and actively writing tenders and quotations, aligning them with customer needs and business goals.
- Engaging in high-level acquisition and sales strategy to expand market presence.
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to reinforce brand presence.
Background and Experience:
- Relevant academic degree in Biomedical Sciences or a similar field is meritorious.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the medical technology or capital equipment sector.
- Experience in the radiology business is essential, with mammography experience considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in capital equipment sales.
- Fluent in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel nationally frequently.

Good social and stakeholder management skills, along with a lead-by-example mindset, will ensure your success in this role.
