The position
As part of Autocirc’s ambitious growth agenda, we are now seeking a strategic, analytical, and commercially driven leader to take on the role of Manager, Accelerate Growth. This newly established position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible and lasting impact by unlocking the full commercial potential of one of our greatest assets – our extensive inventory of high-quality, reused auto parts.
In this high-impact role, you will be at the forefront of driving profitable revenue growth, enhanced cash flow, and commercial innovation across multiple European markets. You will take ownership of building and executing a data-driven strategy that transforms how we monetize our inventory, across channels, customer segments, and countries.
To succeed, you bring a rare combination of deep industry insight, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, international environment. You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves to drive execution – with a passion for growth, innovation, and sustainable business models.
This is a key strategic role for someone who wants to help redefine the future of the automotive aftermarket and accelerate the shift towards circular value creation.
The position is based in Stockholm and reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Development & Execution
• Define the overall strategy and lead the execution roadmap to maximize the value of Autocirc’s reused parts inventory.
• Conduct market and channel analyses to uncover growth opportunities, competitive advantages, and differentiation strategies.
Customer & Product Insights
• Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, including demand patterns, product needs, pricing sensitivity, and preferred sales channels.
• Shape the product management strategy by driving product catalog development and enabling digital integration with external marketplaces.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Activation
• Collaborate with country leaders, sales, and pricing teams to design and align go-to-market strategies tailored to specific customer segments and regional dynamics.
• Partner with sales and marketing to define and execute targeted campaigns that drive product visibility and conversion within priority customer groups.
Digital Sales & E-commerce Growth
• Evaluate, develop, and scale Autocirc’s e-commerce and digital sales initiatives within the automotive aftermarket.
• Leverage digital platforms to enhance customer experience, streamline transactions, and expand market reach.
Profile of requirements
Background and experience
• University degree (M.Sc.) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally from management consulting or product/business development within the automotive industry.
• Industry knowledge from OEM aftermarket, car parts retail, or similar is highly valuable.
• Proven experience with e-commerce and marketplaces in the automotive or spare parts domain.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to generate insights and drive decision-making.
• Experience working in international, multi-channel environments.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written, and with at least basic skills in Swedish. French or German is a plus.
