Qualifications:
• Master’s degree from a top-tier university.
• Minimum of 3+ years of consulting experience from a leading management consulting firm or a similar role.
• Experience in executing projects within strategy, transformation, financing, and organization.
• Previous expertise in the infrastructure sector, focusing on key industries including energy, transportation, and homeland defense is a plus, but not a must.
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on delivering high-quality work.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain client and colleague relationships.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
• Willingness to travel.

As a Management Consultant specializing in infrastructure, you will be an integral part of MW Strategy's consulting growth and development. You will collaborate with diverse teams on various projects in Sweden and the Nordic region, with a base in Stockholm. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing crucial advice to government officials and private businesses on topics such as financial management and infrastructure development. Your role will play a significant part in shaping our management consulting practice, particularly in key areas such as energy, transportation, and homeland defense.
Client project work typically entails offering strategic guidance and developing recommendations for presentation to both private and public sector clients. Subsequently, you will work closely with client team members to implement these recommendations effectively.
