Skanska HQ Group is now looking for a Lead Architect who will be a vital part in shaping the future in the IT landscape of Skanska.
About the position:
Skanska is a decentralized organization where the various business areas have great freedom. However, Skanska’s Group HQ role is to set the direction and vision of where we are heading with Digitalization and securing that the transformation progress in our Business Units.
As a Lead Architect, you are ultimately responsible for all architecture around the technology and solutions used or controlled by Skanska HQ as well as to drive technology understanding and support the adoption of the organization of new technologies in general within Skanska
Skanska has a comprehensive digital transformation on its agenda. It requires several different decisions, choices and technical solutions. This role has a pronounced overall responsibility in technical architecture, but you also need to understand both information and process architecture.
As Lead Architect it includes to support the various group functions and other parties affected by Skanska HQ's directives on technical decisions, as well as in software and infrastructure. Collaborating and coordinating with other BU-IT functions is essential for the work.
You will be reporting to Group CIO and the location is Stockholm, Sweden.
About you:
To succeed in this position, you need to have solid experience of IT architecture, preferably as Enterprise Architect, Digital Strategist or equivalent. You can easily understand the consequences that different decisions and solutions gets for the business and have the ability to understand what to do when.
Furthermore, we need you to have previous experience in building architecture that promotes digital transformation. Very high level of knowledge in IT is nescessery.
