IR Manager

As Investor Relations Manager, you will play an important role in SKF’s dialogue with the capital markets and contribute to the continued development of the company’s equity story. The position combines finance, communication and business understanding, with responsibility for ensuring clear, relevant and consistent communication with analysts, current shareholders and potential investors. You will work closely with senior executives, business areas and internal functions to prepare communication for earnings calls, investor meetings and other key capital-markets activities. The role includes both strategic and operational responsibilities, ranging from analysing investor targeting to managing major events and projects. You will be part of an ambitious Investor Relations team working to strengthen processes, content and engagement across channels. This is a role for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and wants to make complex financial and business information accessible to external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to SKF’s capital-markets communication and the continued development of the company’s equity story.
• Develop presentations, Q&A materials and supporting content for earnings calls, investor meetings and other capital-markets engagements.
• Act as a key contact for sell-side analysts and participate in meetings with current and potential investors.
• Plan and manage investor activities, including capital markets days, investor and analyst meetings, roadshows and other major projects.
• Analyse the investor base and identify relevant investors to support engagement with the institutional investment community.
• Coordinate investor meetings and ensure effective preparation and follow-up.
• Build strong internal networks across functions and business areas to gather relevant information and align communications.
• Maintain consistent and integrated communication across relevant internal and external channels.
• Monitor market developments, investor perspectives and analyst feedback to support ongoing communication and positioning.

Background and Experience

• An academic degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Broad relevant experience from Investor Relations, equity research, banking, the buy-side or another finance-focused environment.
• Strong financial understanding and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret and communicate business performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience in preparing presentations, financial communication materials or decision-support documentation for senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, planning skills and the ability to manage several priorities and larger projects.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for investor meetings, conferences and other relevant activities.
• Previous experience from an Investor Relations role is advantageous.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can maintain accuracy, sound judgement and clear priorities when deadlines are tight. A collaborative mindset is important, as the role involves close interaction with senior executives, internal stakeholders, analysts and investors. You are proactive, curious and motivated by improving ways of working, while also being able to manage projects independently from planning through execution.
