We are looking for a business oriented and driven leader to join Invidem as CCO.
The CCO reports to the CEO of Invidem, Marit Bø Bornstein. You will be a part of the management team with the overall responsibility for Product and Client relationship Management at Invidem. Your scope will be the Nordic Market. The Product and Client Relationship Management area are two teams within Invidem. The teams are located in Sweden and Finland.
Within the Product Management area, the main responsibility for the CCO is to secure that the product and service is a robust and high qualitative product for the Nordic Market. Your responsibility is to secure that the product is developed according to the Invidem KYC Data Standard, set goals and expectations by being on top of client needs, the backlog, the planning and releases. Detail the service correctly is of outmost importance to gain efficiency for both the banks and their customers. You also need to have a product vision and roadmap in place to secure that the team is delivering according to set plan. You will support the team and Chief Product Owner (CPO) to reach the goals. You are also responsible to secure a high-quality user experience of the services, for all users. Close communication and dialog with all customers of Invidem is also an important and crucial part of the role.
The Product Management team has six employees: Chief Product Owner (CPO), Product Owners, and Business Analysts. The CPO reports to CCO.
Within Client Management, your role as CCO is expected to be very hands on. Initially, the main sales channel for these services are through the founding banks, i.e., through the owners of Invidem. The sales activities will initially focus on ramping up volume within the founding banks, using the service provided by Invidem and incorporate the service in their own processes towards their customers. This means that you need to identify stakeholders within the banks as well as in the general market, provide them with information as well as efficient onboarding support and take their feedback into account, to further develop the service provided. The main task for the CCO is to build an efficient client management organization. The CCO is expected to actively engage in the sales process with Invidem’s customers as well as with the bank’s customers (the end customers). That said, you are also expected to attract new clients to Invidem outside the founding banks.
Client Management has one employee today with the need to grow the team as soon as possible.
In your role as CCO, you will be expected to:
- Be strategic leader for Invidem, developing and delivering within the areas of Product & Client Management.
- Develop people, processes, and methods for Invidem
- Create, communicate, and implement Operational Excellence within all areas of Product & Client Management.
- Build the organization with the right competences and services.
- Have budget and staff responsibility.
As a CCO at Invidem you will create an environment where the team can perform and have the necessary skills and mandate to work in a self-organized way. You will secure recruitment of talents as well as training staff to develop new skills. You will work in close collaborations with Compliance, Legal and IT.
