Pamir is a Swedish independent investment company focused on developing leading SaaS businesses. Founded in 2011 by Magnus Berglind and Rikard Brattberger, Pamir currently comprises 12 SaaS businesses across five different industrial verticals, including SchoolSoft, e-Avrop, Primona, Allevi, CtrlPrint, and 2c8 Business Solutions. Pamir's operations are mainly based in the Nordics and the UK, but they have a global customer base. All products are software-based and delivered as SaaS services. Together, the group's companies generate a turnover of approximately 420 million SEK with 25% EBITDA.
Pamir has an aggressive growth strategy, which involves actively developing their portfolio companies and expanding their portfolio with new investments and acquisitions. Their goal is to double their portfolio within the next five years, with the potential for an eventual listing, while continuing to grow organically and through acquisitions. Pamir expects the Investment Manager to take broad responsibility and work on all aspects of the investment process, from transactions to business development. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for the role, as you will be responsible for representing the company in meetings with brokers, advisers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, board members, management, and employees.
