This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with both strategic and operational issues together with top management in each country where Anticimex operates. The role supports the Group’s ambition of a strong organization that leverages global best practices.
As Head of People & Brand you will play a central part in the organization driving the people and brand agenda and securing operational excellence. You will be the first person in Group Management with a “people responsibility”, hence this is a role that will develop over time and in the future combine Talent Development with other areas such as Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Culture Management, and Best Practice Sharing.
The role will report to the Group COO and be part of Anticimex Group Management.
Responsibilities include:
Working alongside the COO, you will be responsible for building a global infrastructure, policies, and processes to ensure all people, brand and culture related activities are executed smoothly.
- Plan and coordinate activities to support the organization to develop in people related topics.
- Plan and execute activities to develop and spread the Anticimex brand within the organization.
- Ensure our culture can thrive by having engaged and inclusive environments to meet and interact in.
- Execute our strategy for sharing best practices across borders by developing a sustainable and seamless structure with relevant content.
- Give managerial support and guidance, and facilitate sharing, within people-related areas such as diversity and engagement, and within communication and brand related areas.
- Ensure that the COO and other members of the executive team are kept up to date on regional people initiatives, major issues and/or concerns.
The nature of the work requires interactions with large parts of the organization so traveling will be required and you will have a lot of contact with regional managers and country managers. The role combines high and low tasks. Everything from collecting, compiling, and facilitating as well as being a project manager for strategic brand, culture and people initiatives. The role is very visible at group level, and you will have many contact areas at the management group level in each country.
Background and Experience
We believe that you are a business-oriented person that has been working with brand, people, and culture – preferably in a decentralized and Best Practice intense context.
- Academic degree, preferably in business administration or similar
- 7-10 years of working experience, preferably with line management experience
- International experience or experience from working in an international context
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
