We are now looking for a strategic and driven individual to join us on this journey as International Key Account Manager.

 

The position

As Autocirc continues its ambitious journey to reshape the automotive aftermarket across Europe, we are now looking for a commercially sharp and strategically minded International Key Account Manager to take care of our largest and most strategic international customer relationships.

 

This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role where you will be responsible for developing, expanding, and coordinating our cross-border business with key accounts—such as international parts distributors, OEMs, and major fleet operators. You will act as the trusted partner and primary point of contact for a select group of high-potential customers with complex, multi-market footprints.

 

Your mission is to build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to unlock commercial opportunities, secure profitable growth, and develop tailored solutions that align with both customer and company objectives.

You will be operating at the very heart of our international expansion and work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, pricing, product, supply chain, and the executive team.

 

The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and is based in our newly established Stockholm office, with regular collaboration with country organizations across Europe and our group headquarters in Borås.

Main Responsibilities

Key Account Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and lead the strategic roadmap for international key accounts across Europe, including distributors, OEMs, and fleet customers.

• Deepen relationships and drive growth through account planning, commercial reviews, and joint business development.

• Act as a senior commercial partner, aligning complex client needs and cross-border strategies with local teams and stakeholders.

 

Commercial Development & Growth

• Identify and capitalize on cross-border sales opportunities, including new markets, product categories, and service offerings.

• Lead and execute contract negotiations, framework agreements, and pricing discussions.

• Work closely with the pricing, inventory, and product management teams to tailor customer offerings and maximize mutual value.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution

• Align key customers and internal teams on supply, delivery, pricing, and service levels.

• Shape go-to-market strategies and provide customer insights to guide product, pricing, and operations.

• Track market trends and competitors to refine account strategies and uncover growth opportunities.

 

Customer Success & Operational Excellence

• Monitor customer satisfaction and operational performance, proactively resolving issues and mitigating risks.

• Drive adoption of digital integration and process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen long-term partnerships.

• Develop Autocirc’s commercial excellence platform, including CRM, pipeline, and performance tracking.

 

 

Profile of requirements

Background and Experience

• University degree (M.Sc.) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in international B2B key account management, with a proven track record of growing revenue and strategic partnerships across markets.

• Deep understanding of the automotive industry, preferably in the aftermarket, with experience working with clients such as OEMs, fleet operators, or spare parts distributors/wholesalers.

• Strong knowledge of contract structures, pricing models, and value-based selling in a cross-border context.

• Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is a plus.

• Fluent in English, spoken and written, and with at least basic skills in Swedish. French or German is a plus.
