We are looking for a Group Accounting Manager to CR Group with the overall responsibility of the group consolidation. You will have a leading position ensuring compliance with public company financial regulations and your responsibility will also cover issues related to the accounting requirements/regulations of listed companies and projects that might be related to the listing of the company. In the position, you will be responsible for the selection, implementation, and management of accounting systems and group consolidation, including project management, system integration, optimization, and coordination between finance, IT, and system providers.

In this role you will develop finance processes and policies in an exciting and international environment. This role requires daily interactions with the CFO as well as with external parties such as auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities will involve:

• Full ownership of the month-end accounting and consolidation process for CR Group
• Preparation of the annual consolidated statements of operations, balance sheet and cash flow statement
• Create, document, develop and maintain consolidation accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Close collaboration with CFO and other parts of the organization.
• Responsible for accounting  –  and group consolidation system selection and implementation
• Participation in special projects, as needed, and interact with all levels of management within the organization.

Background and experience

• Senior Finance leader/ Group Accountant or equivalent – in a public and global environment.
• Experience from being responsible for all external, legal reporting issues in a public environment – including external accountants, regulatory issues etc.
• Experience from building up/developing a similar function.
• Solid and on-the-field knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Fluency in English.
