In the role as Global Supply Chain Quality Developer, responsibility includes implementing and advancing Hydroscand Group’s strategic and operational supplier quality and compliance initiatives, working closely with external partners and suppliers. The position contributes to strategic planning, manages supplier relationships, conducts risk assessments, and supports collaboration across different functions to ensure supply chain objectives are met.

A strong focus is placed on developing supplier quality by promoting performance, supporting product innovation, and ensuring ongoing quality improvements throughout the product portfolio. Ensuring suppliers meet all Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) requirements as defined by both legislation and Hydroscand Group standards is a crucial part of the role. Continual risk assessment and the development of effective mitigation measures are also essential.

Hydroscand has a centralized Global Supply Chain department supporting the company's global operations. Given the importance of quality assurance, sustainability and compliance in today's complex supply chain market, the Global Supply Chain Quality Developer position is crucial for maintaining these standards. Placement for the role is Stockholm or Gothenburg and you will report to Head of Global Supply Chain.

Background and Experience

• Academic education in a relevant field (at least a bachelor’s degree) or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Meritorious working in cross-functional teams, i.e. Category Management teams
• Strong technical knowledge/understanding
• Experience from working with international business relations in a decentralised organisation and having ability to travel in work
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Generally good IT skills, with extensive experience working in Excel
