Are you a strategic and commercially savvy finance leader with a passion for driving growth and integration? Evergreen Garden Care is seeking a dynamic Finance Director for Scandinavia to lead the financial strategy and integration of the newly acquired Econova Garden business.

This pivotal role partners closely with the Managing Director to form a formidable leadership team. You will be instrumental in delivering outstanding financial results, maximizing working capital, and evaluating acquisition opportunities. As a key member of the Global Finance Leadership team, you will drive the finance agenda across all regions, ensuring robust financial planning and insightful reporting. The position is based in Norrköping.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading high-quality financial planning processes, including long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Delivering reliable management information and insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Providing accurate analysis to support commercial growth plans and cost-out initiatives.
• Ensuring high-quality external reporting and managing treasury and taxation activities.
• Supporting the CFO in transforming working capital and improving inventory management.
• Leading and developing the finance team, ensuring technical and commercial competencies.
• Implementing a culture of risk management and leading supply chain finance for operational efficiency.
• Acting as a business partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, enhancing SAP and reporting systems.

Background and Experience:

• Professionally qualified accountant with experience in a #1 finance role.
• Background in fast-moving consumer goods or food industry.
• Proven team builder with a passion for developing talent.
• Experience working across different geographies.
• Proficiency in SAP and IBP systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
