Chief Commercial Officer

Bjorn Lunden is on an exciting growth journey and is now seeking a business-oriented, strategic, and visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join the executive leadership team. In this key leadership role, you will take the lead in shaping Bjorn Lunden’s commercial strategy, driving organizational alignment, and ensuring that Bjorn Lunden consistently delivers exceptional value to customers while supporting the sustainable growth and long-term success of the Group.
As CCO, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the Sales and Marketing functions and will take full ownership of Bjorn Lunden’s commercial performance and customer engagement strategy. You will align go-to-market activities with the company’s strategic direction, lead the approach to building long-term customer value, and play a critical role in driving sustainable growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for Customer Success, making it an integrated part of Bjorn Lunden’s commercial operations – ensuring that customer onboarding, satisfaction, and retention are core pillars of the commercial strategy.
As a central member of the executive team, you will have the mandate to shape and develop the commercial organization. This role offers an opportunity for a new CCO to guide the continued development of commercial operations in line with Bjorn Lunden’s growth ambitions. As CCO, you will be responsible for a team of 40 professionals across three countries, including five direct reporting managers. You report directly to Bjorn Lunden’s CEO. The role can be based at Bjorn Lunden’s office in Stockholm or the Hudiksvall Headquarters. The role will involve international travel to various country teams, as well as a regular presence at the Hudiksvall Headquarters.
Background and experience
- Extensive experience in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably within SaaS or B2B tech companies.
- Deep expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and scale organizations in a rapidly growing environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and executional excellence.
- Experience working in close alignment with product and technology functions.
- Experience with international expansion and managing geographically distributed teams.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a Private Equity–backed environment is an advantage.
