Niam Infrastructure is currently searching for a results-driven and analytical Business Controller with a strong business acumen to join our team. With our rapid expansion, anticipate a dynamic role encompassing responsibilities such as overseeing the fund's administrative functions to guarantee precise and punctual reporting, evaluating the fund's investment performance, and conducting sustainability tracking and reporting.
As a part of the Niam Infrastructure team, you'll play a pivotal role in our pursuit of establishing a premier Nordic infrastructure investment platform that prioritizes sustainable investments, particularly within the ongoing energy transition.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the fund's administrators to:
• Ensure precision and meet deadlines for investor, bank, and statutory reports.
• Monitor drawdowns and investments.
• Analyze and oversee the performance of fund investments, including comparisons to underwriting, business plans, budgets, and capturing essential metrics like IRR and multiples.
• Assume a crucial role in fulfilling the fund's sustainability reporting obligations according to its requirements.
• Continuously manage financing facilities procured and/or extended by the fund.
• Participate in M&A processes, offering support for due diligence and transactional undertakings.
• Lead and contribute to multifaceted cross-functional projects, spanning system support, ESG initiatives, and enhancement of diverse processes.
• Provide support and collaboration with various segments of the organization, such as Investor Relations, Finance, Treasury, and Accounting.

Background and Qualifications:
• Relevant academic credentials.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience in auditing, financial reporting, and/or controlling.
• Exposure to private investments is a favorable addition.
• Proficiency in English (fluency in a second Nordic language is an advantage).
