OneMed is recruiting a driven, committed and passionate Commercial Manager who, via product knowledge and focus, will continue to develop the company´s business area “Hospital Care”
As one of two Commercial Managers in Hospital Care, you will be the one with a more product oriented focus. You are responsible for ensuring that OneMed continues to develop and grow within the product area. You will work with manufacturers, suppliers and agents to strengthen these relationships and ensure that OneMed´s product offer is competitive in price and quality.
You are responsible for sales and product development of the Hospital Care product portfolio, both defining and approaching new potential customers and collaborators as well as maintaining and developing relationships with current OneMed distributors and customers. You are also responsible for driving and supporting in public procurement biddings on various markets.
Your customers are the company distributors with sales to companies in the Asker Healthcare Group who serve healthcare; hospitals, municipalities, regions and others with a need for the explisit products. Together with OneMed’s own brands and agents you will work with some of the leading products and suppliers on the market.
You will be be based at OneMed’s office in Danderyd alternatively Gothenburg or Malmö Office. You will report to the Business Area Director Hospital Care. Including the Business Area Director you are five colleagues working within the specific business area Hospital Care. You will be expected to travel, mainly in Europe but also outside. From January 2022 the Business Areas “Surgery & Wound care”, “Gloves & Protection” and “Hospital Care” will form it’s own company in the Asker Healthcare Group named OneMed Products AB.
The most important thing is that you are a driven and engaged person with strong business acumen. You also meet the following criteria:
- Medical education/experience or University degree in Economics and Marketing
- Experience in business development meaning strategic/ tactical/ operational level
- Experience from an international B2B environment
- Experience from public sector including procurement (LoU) and tenders
- Experience from supplier relations
- Ability to understand commercial environments
- Strong analytical skills with “big picture” thinking,
- Self-organizing, pro-active, keeps focus and deliver under high pressure
- Strong integrity and negotiations in relation to vendors
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

You are a committed and efficient project manager who can be hands-on when necessary to make things happen to achieve results.
