This is an opportunity to join GANT and work in a finance function in an international organization. GANT is looking for a Financial Controller to join the team on the exciting journey ahead. The position is located in Stockholm, and you will report to Director Group Financial Control.
The Financial Controller (Tax, Treasury, Consolidation) is responsible for consolidation and reporting of the GANT group, as well as group tax compliance and group treasury.
The position is also responsible for maintaining the GANT Group manuals and policies, such as accounting manual, transfer pricing policy, group reporting schedules etc. In this position you are the primary contact for questions and trainings on the manuals.
In the position you are also the primary contact for group auditors, group tax advisors, as well as controlling-, tax- and treasury professionals of the Maus Fréres, the owners of GANT.
To be successful in this position and at GANT you are a team player who is able to engage and motivate people and lead without formal authority. You are pragmatic with a hands-on attitude and are highly structured, but also possesses flexibility and can-do attitude in order to find ways forward.
Your skills also include:
- University degree within Business Administration & Economics (or similar)
- Several years of experience from a similar position in a multinational group and/or experience from audit firm
- Proven experience from group consolidation, tax and treasury of foreign subsidiaries
- Experience from integration of acquisitions, including implementation of consolidation & reporting software is meriting
- Experience from the retail/fashion industry is meriting
- Experience from SAP is meriting
- Fluent English skills, both in speech and writing
