Start-up meeting
During the start-up meeting we work with the client to understand their corporate culture, needs and goals, the preliminary job description and areas of responsibility, qualifications and other aspects relevant to the position in question. We prepare a schedule and activity plan that subsequently form the basis of our search assignment.
Planning
During the planning stage, we always work in project teams. Usually, these consist of two recruitment consultants, one researcher, and in some cases an administrative assistant. All members of the team are selected based on prior experience and the industry and recruitment area in question ensuring the best possible match for your specific needs.
Reviews and updates
To ensure an effective and high-quality process, we work in close partnership with our clients. Together, we agree upon how reviewing and updating occurs – in what form, how often and when. Our overarching goal is to work proactively, drive the process and submit status reports throughout.
Requirements and job description
In the start-up phase, we work with the client to define the challenges and objectives for the role, the search criteria and the job description. The job description will include a presentation of the client’s company and will specify the overall responsibilities and goals of the position. It will also describe the essential requirements and personal characteristics of the desired candidate. This will guide our continued work.
Search
We define search and headhunting as one and the same method to find the right candidate. We approach every assignment with the same dedication – regardless of its size or field. When working to find suitable candidates, we carry out extensive mapping by using our own network in combination with relevant industries and their associated fields.
Our researchers are continuously mapping their areas of expertise and building their networks. This means staying in daily contact with candidates who may be of interest in future assignments.
Further, our group structure which currently consists of eleven companies provides access to a unique network.
For assignments where our client’s request recruitment advertising for the position, we offer an advertising package.
We offer in-depth assessments using high-quality testing tools providing a solid description of the candidate’s personality characteristics and aptitude.
