Novare’s Tech Team works with recruitments within all areas of tech. We recruit on a board, executive, middle management, and specialist level. The Tech Team has many years of experience within recruiting combined with operational experience from several industries. Antonia Hägg is team leader.
Antonia, what do you see as the main difference between Novare and other recruitment companies?
– We are fueled by our innate desire to see companies and people grow!
What types of assignments do you take on?
– We do recruitments for board groups, management groups, middle management roles as well as senior specialist roles.
What’s the composition and background of the team?
– As a team, we have vast experience from recruiting competence, combined with operational experience from various industries. Among us, we possess a great mix of ages, experiences, and competencies – which gives the team a deep understanding of the talent market as a whole.
What do you search for in a candidate?
– That depends on the assignment. The type of candidate we look for usually differs from project to project. We look at competence, experience, personality fit as well as values, and leadership style.
What’s the most important thing to think about when selecting a recruitment consultant?
– That the consultant knows the industry in question, and that you can feel trust for the consultant based on their competence and experience.
What’s your strength as a consultant?
– I’m engaged, business-oriented, with a good ability to assess and pick the right candidate for the job.
What’s the team’s greatest strength?
– Our competence and experience combined with our astute focus and genuine engagement to our work, our clients, and our candidates.
The Executive Search Professional Services team works with consulting and leadership recruitments for boards, management teams, and specialist roles within service-producing companies in areas such as strategy/consulting, law, finance, and communications. The team has a vast network of leading Executive Assistants.
The team has many years of experience in recruiting for leadership roles and relevant line experience. Katarina Dahlin works in the team and has extensive experience as a consultant.
In your view, what’s the greatest difference between Novare and other recruitment companies?
– We’re a consultancy company that fully engages ourselves in our clients’ challenges and objectives with all our heart and soul.
What types of assignments do you take on?
– We work with recruitments of individual consultants, from ground to partner level, as well as recruitments of management groups and their support functions – HR, CFO, etc. We also offer a service that provides both partner-led companies and other companies with high-quality support through assistants.
What’s the composition and background of the team?
– We come from a great mix of different backgrounds, which is a strength. We are all experienced within the recruitment industry, and from working with/for senior clients. We are economists and have personal experience from working in industries ranging from academia, the start-up scene, to finance, and corporate law.
What do search for in a candidate?
– Humility, low prestige, drive, and authority. An equal amount of IQ and EQ. In addition, the candidates’ work must have amounted to real, positive results. I usually appreciate candidates that realize that hard work pays off, and that very few things in life come for free.
What’s the most important thing to think about when selecting a recruitment consultant?
– When choosing a consultant, and a brand at that, ask yourself if you if think it’s a good fit for your company – will the candidates I seek listen if I chose to commit to this consultant/company? If the answer is yes, then go for it. Always think in terms of co-branding in your choice of consultant.
What’s your strength as a team?
– We are light on our feet, with the courage to take on the role as an advisor and guide our clients. We spend a lot of time understanding our clients – their challenges, possibilities as well as culture. Our goal is to give our clients a positive experience, to make them feel informed about the process, and that we’re responsive to each clients’ requests, questions, and thoughts. We deliver quality through great collaboration.
