Anders, what do you deem to be the greatest difference between Novare and other recruitment companies?
– At Novare we work as ONE team where consultants, researchers, and admins work together to provide our clients with the best possible service and the highest level of professionalism. Novare has a unique commitment to society, helping newly arrived and young adults with disabilities to start a career within various areas of the job market.
What trends do you see in terms of industrial recruitments?
– I see a certain type of challenge for our fine industrial companies when it comes to attracting young, well-educated talents in the age group 20-30. The younger generation is increasingly value-driven which means that the employer REALLY must act on a set of sound values and engage in creating a better world.
What do you look for in a candidate?
– There is a foundation of traits that always are relevant.

What type of assignments do you take on?
– We help clients to recruit CEOs, executive roles on a management level, as well key resources for boards. Our clients are publicly traded companies, PE-owned companies, and family-owned companies. From smaller growth companies to big global corporations.
What is the composition and background of the team?
– One common denominator for all our consultants is that everyone has between 10-30 years of experience som executive and board recruitments. Collectively, we have a unique network within areas such as manufacturing, industrial services, and industrial trade, which means that we follow the top executives and talents during their respective journey and development.
What is the most important thing to think about when choosing a recruitment consultant?
– That you’re choosing a person that can read and understand your company’s environment and culture. That the person has a visible engagement and drive for your assignment, with the network and judgmental skills necessary to find the right fit.
What’s your strength as a consultant?
– I don’t like to brag but I think I have everything I just mentioned above, with the experience to back up such a claim. I closed my first CEO recruitment as a 26-year-old back in 1990, and since then I have probably helped my clients with another 6-700 or so. I’m still fascinated and challenged by my profession and try to get better at my craft each year.
What’s your greatest strength as a team?
– The fact that we work as ONE team quipped with Novare’s special drive and unique network.
