Partner ownership

The company was founded in 2001 by Investor AB and Fredrik Hillelson as a wholly owned subsidiary of Investor AB. In 2005 Novare bought a share of Investor’s holding and in 2014 created the independent partnership organization that is Novare today. The group parent, Novare Human Capital, is now owned by five members of senior management: Fredrik Hillelson, Anders Cedermark, Anna Schauman, Magdalena Ihre and David Lindquist. The group actively works to spread ownership in its operative subsidiaries, and now many of our employees are shareholders in their respective subsidiary company within the Novare Group.

Since January 2023, FAM AB has been a minority shareholder in Novare Human Capital with 10%.
