For over 10 years, we’ve accelerated the leadership development for managers and project leaders through our tool-based leadership program. Christopher Tonk, Digital Solution Advisor at Stora Enso was one of the participants in Novare Accelerate Program (now renamed to Novare Learn to Lead Program).

 

Can you describe your experiences from the program?

-I think this ledership program was a great choice as it is a program with a diverse content, as well as a clear red path throughout the modules. The different speakers from a variety of different industries gave me new ideas and inspiration. Furthermore, the discussions with the other participants enabled me to gather and exchange new experiences.

 

What was the best thing about this leadership program?

-The best part of this program for me was the combination of external speakers along with sharing experiences with other participants who are of a similar age and level, yet working in completely different industries and fields. These discussions led to many eye-opening moments.

 

Where there any of the themes that was extra useful for you?

-I was very enthusiastic about the module on People & Organization. Understanding better what makes people tick and how to motivate them individually was of great value to me.
